Standard Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping time may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas.

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50
  • PO Boxes accepted for standard shipping only

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 14-28 business days
  • Other countries: Contact us for availability

Note: International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays):

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship same day
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST ship next business day
  • Weekend orders ship on Monday
  • Holiday orders ship on next business day

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Delivery notifications

Track your order anytime by asking Bebe or checking your account dashboard.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • Military APO/FPO addresses (coming soon)
  • Countries with import restrictions on dietary supplements
  • Addresses flagged as fraudulent

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Damaged packages: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours
  • Lost packages: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days
  • Stolen packages: File a police report and contact us

We'll work with you to resolve the issue, including replacements or refunds when appropriate.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately through Bebe. We can update your address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address, but we can work with the carrier to attempt rerouting.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency:

  • Monthly: Ships every 30 days
  • Bi-monthly: Ships every 60 days
  • Free shipping on all subscription orders
  • Modify, pause, or cancel anytime in your account
